Agreement and operator

By creating a managed account, the responsible adult accepts these Terms and the current Privacy Policy. Local instrument features can be used without an account, subject to the App Store terms and applicable law.
Managed accounts and children
The account manager must be a parent, guardian, teacher, or other authorized adult age 18 or older with authority to supervise the child’s use and provide the required consent. The manager is responsible for the account credential, activity under the account, and reviewing what a child sends through AI Create.
A child may type a description and choose Generate while using the managed account. Do not create an account in a child’s name or enter a child’s name, contact details, photo, recording, school information, precise location, or other personal information in an AI request.
Acceptable use
Use VMuse Global to create and play lawful musical instruments and visual layouts. Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, automate excessive requests, impersonate another person, infringe rights, upload material you are not allowed to use, or ask the model to produce unlawful or harmful content.
The operator may block abusive requests or suspend online features when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, service integrity, or cost protection. Local projects remain independent of the online account.
AI Create and allowance
AI Create uses OpenRouter, DeepInfra, and the pinned DeepSeek V4 Pro text model. AI output may be inaccurate, unsuitable, incomplete, or different from the request. A creator must play, inspect, and decide whether to save a generated design; generated output is not professional advice.
Each verified managed account receives up to three generations per UTC calendar month. A request consumes one slot after model work starts, including a completed result that is discarded. A confirmed service failure without a reviewable result restores the reservation. A separate service-wide operational limit may temporarily pause generation without affecting local creation.
Your content and rights
You retain the rights you have in descriptions and imported material. You confirm that you have permission to use selected material and to permit the processing described in the Privacy Policy. VMuse Global receives only the limited permission needed to process the request and return the result.
The service does not guarantee that generated output is unique, protectable, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use. Review labels, artwork, sounds, notices, and rights before sharing or commercializing a project.
Availability and changes
Online account, verification, language download, and AI services may be interrupted, changed, rate-limited, or discontinued. Do not rely on a temporary AI candidate as a backup. Accepted instruments are ordinary local projects; backing up or removing the app’s local data remains the iPad user’s responsibility.
The operator may update these Terms. A new version will be published and renewed acceptance may be required before further account or AI use.
Account deletion and ending use
The responsible adult may request account deletion in the app. Deletion stops online account and AI access and removes account-linked service records through the documented process. It does not delete instruments, imported material, or recordings stored on the iPad.
You may stop using local features by deleting local projects or the app. Keep any local work you need before removing the app.
Responsibility and applicable rights
The service is provided with the care described in these Terms, but no promise is made that every AI result or online service will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on generated output or failure to keep a local backup.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer and privacy protections.
