A control does not make sound
- Check the iPad volume, the app’s master volume, and the selected audio output. Start at a comfortable level.
- Use Test Draft or Performance to play. In Edit, touches may select or move objects.
- Check that the object has a Touching Region or native instrument control with a valid sound mapping. Decorative text, Shapes, Lines, and Artwork do not make sound on their own.
- MIDI sends instructions to a connected local destination; it is not built-in audio. Check the destination if the mapping uses MIDI.
- If a note remains sounding, use Mute All.
My latest edits are missing from Performance
Performance uses the last successfully prepared published version. Test Draft plays your current draft. Return to Edit and Publish when the new version is ready.
Content outside the Canvas can remain visible on the Editor pasteboard but is clipped in Test Draft and Performance. Move controls you intend to play onto the Canvas.
If the local project library cannot be opened, use its Retry action. Avoid deleting the app to troubleshoot: saved work belongs to this installation.
Account or verification is unavailable
Confirm the connection and open Account. After following the email verification link, choose Refresh verification and account. Check spam before requesting another verification email.
If account policies or setup cannot load, you can continue with local instruments. Check the connection and service status, then try again without deleting the app or local projects.
AI stopped or the allowance looks wrong
A timeout does not prove that model work never began. Wait for the request status to resolve and choose Refresh allowance. Do not send another request just to test whether the previous one started.
Cancellation after model work starts and discarding a completed design both use a slot. A confirmed service failure without a reviewable candidate restores the reservation.
A language will not download
Use Check for language updates, check the connection and available storage, then confirm the chosen download. The production catalog offers ten signed text-only language packs.
A failed download does not replace a previously verified pack. Choose Use beside English to continue, or use another installed language offline.
