Before deleting
Account deletion removes your sign-in, profile, monthly allowance records, generation records, and server candidates. It cannot be undone. Account and AI work are stopped while deletion is pending.
Saved instruments, imported materials, published versions, tutorial projects, and recordings are local. Deleting an account does not remove them. Deleting the app or a local project is a separate action and is not a substitute for account deletion.
Request deletion in the app
- Connect to the internet and open Account in the gallery or Editor.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete. If you forgot its password, use Send password reset email from Sign In first.
- Choose Delete Account and read what will be removed.
- Confirm “I understand and want to delete my account.” Enter your current password.
- Choose Permanently Delete Account. Keep the app connected while the service confirms the outcome.
If deletion is pending or unconfirmed
Use Check deletion status. An unavailable connection or a closed sheet does not mean deletion completed. The app distinguishes an in-progress deletion from an outcome it cannot yet confirm.
The service removes account-linked VMuse Global records before removing the sign-in identity. It resumes unfinished deletion work rather than reporting a partial operation as complete.
Local creation and performance remain separate from account deletion. You can keep using saved instruments while the online account outcome is resolved.
Account records and AI processing
These instructions cover the in-app account deletion flow. They are not a statement that deleting an account immediately erases every infrastructure record or a processor’s retained copy.
Before using AI, read the current AI data information and the named processor’s policy shown in the app. Do not assume account deletion reverses a request that has already been sent to a processor.
