One allowance for your account
Each verified account can use up to three AI generations per UTC calendar month. All iPads signed in to that account share the same allowance. Simple, Medium, and Complex requests each use one slot; there are no purchases, tiers, or bonus generations.
Account and AI Create show the remaining allowance and reset time supplied by the service. In-progress work reserves a slot, so it is not available for another request.
What counts as a generation
| Outcome | Allowance |
|---|---|
| The request fails checks before model work starts | No slot is used. |
| You cancel before model work starts | No slot is used. |
| You cancel after model work starts | One slot is used. |
| A reviewable design is generated | One slot is used, whether you save, revise, or discard it. |
| VMuse Global or its provider fails without producing a reviewable candidate | The reservation is restored once the failure is confirmed. |
| The same accepted request is retried | It does not use another slot. A newly sent revised request is a separate generation. |
When the allowance resets
The new allowance begins at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month. For example, the September period ends at 00:00 UTC on October 1. The app formats that service-provided date for the selected language and identifies UTC.
Changing your iPad’s clock, time zone, or language does not reset the allowance. Unused slots do not carry forward. A fourth request waits until the next period unless a failed reservation has been restored.
When the balance is unclear
Choose Refresh allowance in AI Create, or refresh the account. If the app cannot confirm the current balance, it shows that uncertainty instead of an estimated number.
After a timeout, do not assume the request failed before starting. Wait for its status to be resolved before sending another design. Manual creation, Test Draft, Publish, and Performance remain available independently.
